I was praying for a teacher like Debbie for about 2 years before I met her.

When I met Debbie I was going through a tough time of big changes. Personal growth was alway sone of the biggest values in life, so I met many teachers in life that I would seek knowledge from. It took many years and many dollars to learn along the way that - many of them take advantage of vulnerable times people go through and give incompetent advice that is difficult to identify during the intense times of healing and or distress.

Debbie guided me with so much kindness to places where I needed to look at but she wouldn’t point at what I had to see, she would patiently wait till I find it myself. And thats what I was missing in many other teachers and coaches before.

Her deep level of presence and connection to me was felt even after the session and that was the kind of support I was seeking at the time -deep presence and connection, not advice! I was happy to experience first hand how helpful that is in tough times.

I met Deborah during a time in my life when it felt like everything I had ever worked for and everything I had ever accomplished was falling apart and being ripped away from me. With Deborah’s support, I was able to redirect my grief towards uncovering the lost parts of me and I rebuilt a strong foundation for an authentic and inspired new life.

Deborahs continued mentorship and encouragement nurtures a consistent willingness within me to stay true to myself, and not run away from scary feelings like fear and insecurity to ultimately abandon myself. She asks the questions and voices reflections I need to hear so that I am always embracing my embodied truth.
